Chandini stands in front of her partly built house.
With broom sales going well, Chandini has managed to save enough money to finish her half-built house. We gave her some old window frames, an old door and some roofing sheets which we got from a demolished house. Her son-in-law did a great job to make the door and windows look like new!!
We also gave Chandini Rs 19,000/- (US$ 190) from the Magelanka account to buy timber for the roof.
